My Personal Tsunami
I know what it’s like to go through life transitions that can shake you to your very core. Several years ago, I faced my own personal tsunami:
- I divorced my husband of 33 years.
- I sent a son to Iraq.
- Five members of my family died.
- And, in the midst of everything, I changed careers.
Through all of these things I learned some very important lessons and strengthened my empathy and ability to help others.
I learned to live by an important Buddhist saying:
Storms can’t hurt the sky.
Each one of us is born with a core of strength. Sometimes we just need someone to help us remember and learn how to access it.
That’s why I’m here. To help you begin again.
